Hi Friends! I’m so excited for today’s announcement/opportunity for us all to make April a kick ass month. I know that many of you have been following along my fitness journey, and while I love to work out, y’all know that it can be hard to get moving everyday. But, it can be a lot easier when you have the help of your friends, and in this case the online blogging community as well. Starting April 1st through May 31st, I’m going to be participating in the #1800MinuteChallenge, where we are going to challenge ourselves to be active for at least 30 minutes a day. One for ourselves and two so we can show our friends and family the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. I promise, if you join in, it’s going to be an awesome couple of months!
