Hi Friends! I’m so excited for today’s announcement/opportunity for us all to make April a kick ass month. I know that many of you have been following along my fitness journey, and while I love to work out, y’all know that it can be hard to get moving everyday. But, it can be a lot easier when you have the help of your friends, and in this case the online blogging community as well. Starting April 1st through May 31st, I’m going to be participating in the #1800MinuteChallenge, where we are going to challenge ourselves to be active for at least 30 minutes a day. One for ourselves and two so we can show our friends and family the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. I promise, if you join in, it’s going to be an awesome couple of months!
I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to the motivation to get my swim suit body ready! And if you think that this challenge is going to be amazing, because it is, keep scrolling for some even more exciting news!
Here’s where the exciting part comes in. Myself, Erin from Living in Yellow, Emily from The Freckled Fox, and Alycia from Crowley Party are joining forces in hopes that you will join us.

I am in! I already have the goal to lose 5 pounds each month, in April, May, and June, to be 15 pounds lighter for my trip in July. This will help!

nice to read this page, i find these days i can not motivated to even get off the sofa but you are right we all should make the effort even if going for a walk each day. good luck girls.
