If you’re new here, start here. 🤍 Hi, I’m Alissa.

If you’re new here, start here. 🤍

Hi, I’m Alissa.

I’m a wife, mama, writer, speaker, Bible teacher, and the founder of Be Together Co. But underneath all of those titles is something much simpler: I really love Jesus, and I really love the Word.

For years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting across tables, standing on stages, leading Bible studies, writing Bibles studies, and walking alongside women as we figure out what it looks like to actually live out what we say we believe.

Around here, we talk about the things that matter.

Identity. Purpose. Influence. Calling. Leadership. Marriage. Motherhood. Friendship. The messy middle of real life. Coffee. And most importantly, what Scripture actually has to say about all of it.

I’m not interested in giving women another pretty quote to save to their phone. I want us to know the Word, know Jesus more deeply, and have the courage to live differently because of it.

So if that sounds like your kind of conversation, you’re in the right place. 🤍

And if you’re looking for a speaker for your women’s conference, retreat, church event, leadership gathering, or podcast, I’m currently booking for Fall 2026 + 2027. I would genuinely love to be in the room with you.

And if you’ve been here awhile, tell me below — how did you originally find me? I have a feeling some of you have been here through a LOT of chapters. 🤍

Influence is irrevocable. It says in Romans 11:2

Influence is irrevocable.

It says in Romans 11:29, God‘s gracious gifts and calling are irrevocable. It means that influence isn’t something that can be returned, revoked, or reassigned.

It’s something that is yours to carry and it’s yours to steward. And maybe no one ever told you this before but your life is already shaping the people around you. Your kids are watching, your friends are listening, your coworkers are observing and even strangers notice the way you carry yourself.

So whether you feel like a leader everyday doesn’t change the truth that God has positioned you as one.

I will never grow tired of having the opportunity

I will never grow tired of having the opportunity to travel and speak to rooms of women who are chasing after Jesus. 🤍

There is something so special about stepping into a room filled with women who have made the decision to show up, open their Bibles, lean into community, grow in their faith, and make space for God to move in their lives.

This little trip to OKC was such a gift. I wish I could share all the God winks leading up to and on my trip.

I got to teach, meet some amazing women, build new friendships, share meals and conversations, laugh a lot, and hear pieces of stories that reminded me all over again why I love doing this so much.

Because, for me, it’s never really about standing on a stage.
It’s about the women sitting in the room. It’s about reminding one another who God is and who we are because of Him. It’s about encouraging women to keep saying yes to the places He’s called them—even when they feel unqualified, unsure, or like their influence couldn’t possibly matter.

And every time I get on a plane to do this, I’m reminded what an incredible privilege it is that God allows me to be a tiny part of what He is already doing in women’s lives.

OKC, you were so good to me. 🤍
Until next time…

Thank you @withinthewordministry for having me!

Snapshots of July 4th 🇺🇸

Proud to be an American and live in a country where we have the incredible freedoms we do. She may not be perfect, but she’s a beautiful work in progress. Having grown up overseas in countries where liberties are limited, the longer I’m in the US the more grateful I am to live here.

Hope you had a wonderful 4th! 🎆

It’s hard to even know where to begin, other than I can’t believe this beautiful young woman made me a Mama 18 years ago. It feels like just yesterday we were bringing you home from the hospital. Katelyn, there are no words for how proud we are of you! You love Jesus and love others well, champion those around you and truly want to see them succeed. You are strong, bold and loyal, but also soft, sensitive and kind hearted. You are a peace maker and have a strong desire to see others draw closer to Jesus. My favorite moment today was seeing a friend text you a bday message and tell you they learned to love Jesus and believe in Him because of you 🥹

Your dad and I can’t wait to continue to watch you spread your wings as you step into your Senior year and begins applying to colleges. Wow that feels so wild to type! You are truly easy to celebrate! We love you so much @itskatiecircle!!

Have you ever walked through a season where you’ve

Have you ever walked through a season where you’ve lost say of who you are, and who God created you to be? There’s nothing more important than understanding how Jesus sees you …

As beautiful
As confident
As His Heir
As chosen
As fearless

I could go on. Do you need to find your way back to Jesus’ feet?

Motherhood looks different in every season, but I

Motherhood looks different in every season, but I think this one is my absolute favorite. Yes, I’m more tired and yes, I’m on my knees more praying and interceding, but there’s nothing better than when they’re taking turns baking in the kitchen or sitting next to me sharing their hearts. It’s by far the most exciting pastoral role the Lord has given me 🩵

The Lord has given us incredible kids who love Him, desire to serve Him, lead well and love others well. I’m soaking in these last two years with them at home so I don’t miss an ounce of it.
