No, that’s totally normal. Our kids will embarrass us just like we embarrass them.
I would probably talk about how it’s ok to talk about it with mom & dad at home.

I don’t have a 4 year old, but I’m pretty sure it’s just a phase that most kids go through. Maybe tell him that you can only ask those questions or say those things at home [if at all] and not out in public.

oh the joys of motherhood right! 🙂 totally dying over that picture! my daughter (3) is totally in the repeating stage of things these days. she heard one of her cartoons say “stupid” which was so annoying that they even said that in a show, that now she can’t watch. but has been repeating it. hopefully the penis phase will end soon for you, aren’t they are phases? this is what I like to tell myself. 🙂

my nephew refers to the male anatomy as a “fly rod” ha! A little less obvious but can still be quite inappropriate when family know what he is referring to when he says it.
And I’m so wanting to know more about this mousse! 🙂
