Hello dear friends,
It’s so good to see you this week. I know we were all looking forward to the third part in the series I started a couple weeks ago on the 3 Myths of Balance and Tips to finding Work/Life balance, but I came down with a head cold on Monday night and after a day filled with back to back meetings, I have no voice! So instead of trying to cough and whisper my way through part 3, I decided to finish the series next week. I know I’m so bummed too!
On the bright side, if you missed part 1 and part 2, you now have an extra week to catch up.
Anywho, if we were having coffee this week, we would sit out by the fire pit, sipping hot coffee, you know, because it’s cooled down to the mid 60’s in the mornings here. We would talk about how you’re doing. What’s exciting you, what’s inspiring you? Are you working on any new projects?
If were were having coffee, I would also ask for help on how to organize all the papers that come home from school with my little ones. What do I keep? What can I secretly toss?
If were were having coffee what would you tell me?
Don’t forget to link up this week. No rules, just a chance to meet some new people in the community. I look forward to video chatting with you next week.
xo, Alissa

I think I kept 1 craft thing from each holiday, every spelling test, and then let him pick a few things he was proud of. I took pictures of some of the larger things and plan on putting them in a little picture book. Who knows if that will happen :), but stuff adds up and it adds up quick.

That’s such a good advice Jen! I need to sort through what’s most important and then toss the rest. It just all adds up so quickly! haha

Thanks for hosting another great link party! And I’m in the same spot as you when it comes to the school work — my son just started preschool and I feel guilty throwing his stuff away…but I also know that I can’t possibly keep it all!

Oh I totally know where you’re coming from. I still have a ton of their preschool stuff too. It’s all in piles around my house! yikes!
