Dear Kyle,
It’s been a while since I wrote you a love letter.
This April, 22nd to be exact, marks 9 years that we’ve been together.
9 years since we had our very first date. And what an amazing, life-changing date that was.
I had no idea that our first date, filled with amazing memories, would turn into a life time of many more.
In that 9 years we’ve shared a wedding, honeymoon, vacations, paying off both our cars, the birth of our two adorable children, purchasing our first home and countless late night pillow chats.
I’m a better person because I met you.
I’m so proud of you.
Sometimes it’s all I can think about during the day.
You’ve worked so hard to provide for our family and I’m so grateful for the sacrifice you made with me when we decided God was leading me to stay home with our children.
I know it hasn’t always been easy.
I know there have been months… years where we have questioned that decision, but God always provided. We were faithful and he provided.
Thank you for always believing in me.
Encouraging me.
And pushing me to be a better version of myself always.
I’m truly blessed that God chose you for me.
I love you more than words could say.

Alissa, both of you are so lucky to have each other. I have question myself so many times about been a stay home mom with our kids too and if it was the right thing to do, but my husband always says its the biggest blessing we could have that i am raising them and that he is the only one that has to work.

Thank you! It’s so hard to make the choice to be a stay a home mom. But I feel like it was my calling and I’m so grateful that Kyle has worked so hard to allow me to continue staying at home with our little ones. Your husband is right, it is the biggest blessing, even on the hardest days. xox Heart you friend!
