Recently I was invited to attend a DIY party where I had the chance to test out the brand new Cricut Explore machine. This machine is pretty incredible and I’m sure it could cook me breakfast if I asked it to. You think I’m joking, but I’m not. While I was at the event I had the chance to create a really cute hexagon themed paint project and then spend some one on one time with the Cricut. One of my favorite things about this new machine is that you can hook it up to your computer and utilize their software to create all kinds of incredible projects. You have the option to create your own project or they have pre-created projects by some incredible bloggers that you can choose from. You simply click on the project, load in the paper, vinyl or material you want to cut and the Cricut does all the hard work for you.
To show you just how cool this is, I went ahead and created one of the ready made project available when you purchase your Cricut. To see a quick + fun video of the creation of this project, be sure to check out my Instagram.
I can’t wait to give this beauty as a gift, probably with my favorite cookbook, Bountiful. How fun and easy is this project!? If you haven’t had the chance to purchase the new Cricut Explore, it’s a must have for sure!
This is not a sponsored post, I had the chance to create this project and wanted to share it with you all.

I NEED a cricut. Also, you have a lot of patience to cut out those teeny letters. I could have patience…I think.

That is beautiful! I love it. I can’t wait to get my hands on a Cricut Explore and give it a try. I think we need to have a Cricut Explore party in Vancouver!

I LOVE the cutting board. Such a great, simple idea! I have a Cricut Expression 2 that I really need to put to more use. I would love to get the Explore, but I’m not sure I can convince my husband since I just got the Expression a year ago.
