I will be the first to admit that I’m not a huge fan of Halloween. Maybe it’s because we didn’t celebrate it growing up, but most years the kids dress up, but Kyle and I don’t. This year our kids begged us to dress up with them, so I went with something easy, but fun… a unicorn.
Enter Beautycounter. As many of you know, I’ve been with the company for 5 years and I’m a huge fan of their make up and skin care products. While I have most of their make up palettes, there have been some colors I’ve been wanting to try.
For this look I used colors in both my Romantic palette and my Necessary Neutrals palette. I used an all over light pink shimmer and then layered in some darker pinks and shimmers to give my make up a whimsical look. I love how it turned out and so many of my friends thought I went and had my make up done.
What I love about these two palettes is that, while I layered up my pinks for this look, I use both of these palettes for my daily looks as well. If you’re a fan of neutrals, you can go wrong with these. Or, you can take a quiz here to see what your best look is!
