I just want to say how much I love all my readers. I love to read all your comments and how you all check in at Rags to Stitches frequently to say hello or enter my giveaways. When I began this blog I just wanted to feature items from my store, but my love for blogging and meeting others in the blogging world has allowed me to expand to tutorials, giveaways and life happenings. When I began doing giveaways in June I had 15 followers and now I have 164…. 164!!! That’s amazing!! And I’m grateful to all of you for continuing to read my blog and for all your lovely comments.
My hope is to continue to do giveaways and guest tutorials on my blog and would love to involve all of you. If you’re interested in doing a giveaway on my blog or would like to do a guest tutorial, I would love for you to email me. I would love to showcase what you do and share your blogs with all my readers. Email me, really, right now. I want to hear from you!! I look forward to all of your emails.

On a side note, I’m on vacation in Boston till Tuesday night. We flew the red eye, with t.w.o kids. Never again! Although, planes make me sleepy and I’d rather them sleep some of the time, then none of the time. Buddy was all over the place, Miss K couldn’t decide if she wanted to color on the floor or in her seat. Then she wanted to sleep, then not sleep, then for Buddy to sleep. At one point Buddy spilled soda all over daddy’s lap. Yup, sticky soda all over his lap. At this point we were beyond frustration, the tiny amount of Benadryl I tried to drug them with finally kicked in and both of them passed out for the last half of the flight. Thank goodness!!! We arrived at 5am, drove to Reading, MA, greeted my grandparents and my high energy children went into overdrive and didn’t crash until late that afternoon. Where they get their energy from is beyond me. Do any of you ever feel like your kids have the most energy when you are the most tired?!
We’ve settled into the new time zone and have packed our days with family pictures, shopping, church, a visit to Boston and then tomorrow a trip to the Boston Museum. It’s been fun visiting my family, and being able to sneak in a few extra naps. I’ll be home on Tuesday night and setting back into my routine trying to sew, sew, sew for some boutiques I have coming up. Stay tuned for more details. If you live in Orange County, I’d love for you to stop by.
