`Spoon the pie mixture into a piping bag (or plastic bag and snip the tip). On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – Pipe little piles of the mixture, much like you are frosting the top of a cupcake. Then take a small spatula or butter knife and smooth out the surface. Shape them into pie shells.
`Bake the pies at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. These bake quick! Let them cool on a cooling rack for at least an hour before filling them.
