Big sister is loving preschool. Her first month she came home telling us all about her teachers, the letter a and just last week she recited her very first Bible verse from memory! Genesis 1:1. As she said it to me in the car on the way home, it was hard not to become emotional. There’s something about little ones, my little one, reciting God’s word that makes it emotional. Maybe it’s because she was so excited that she had learned it, as she put it, “all by herself.”
Last week Big Sister got to experience her very first preschool field trip.
It feels like just yesterday that she started preschool and before I knew it she was already getting to go on her first field trip.
My hubby comes from a long line of farmers so when he found out big sister was headed to the pumpkin patch he wanted to take her. I’m not sure who was more excited, her or her daddy!
I think that’s seriously the cutest thing ever!!
Here they are all ready to head to the pumpkin patch. I sent the hubby with the nice camera and told him to take lots of pictures.
He did an amazing job!
