Well folks, we had an emotional week this week! And I can say this with all honesty because even Becca cried this week and Becca is pretty much emotionless. I’ve watched her for two seasons stay calm and level headed, so to have her breakdown and cry this week, emotions must be running high. Sorry to those of you on #teambecca, sometimes the truth hurts. I’m not sure what you expect when you’re one of 25 competing for a guys love.
I think this weeks biggest disappointment was the group date turned one on one with Amanda. I’m sure she was looking forward to being swept away on some romantic evening only to end up at a fast food establishment. Seriously, “I’m taking you to McDonald’s because that’s a normal thing to me?!” Stop it!! We’ve gone too far! Not only did they eat there, but they worked the drive thru too. Bet Amanda’s so glad she can add that to her resume. So corny and while I get that McD’s is trying to get some love for their all day breakfast menu, this was too much. Please do not see this as a diss on the golden arches, I’m a HUGE fan of all day breakfast, but if, when Kyle and I were dating, he had taken me on a date there, I’m not sure I would see the same future for us. And just because she has kids doesn’t mean she would feel more comfortable at McDonald’s! I wish I had been a fly on the wall of her brain when it was all happening.
Any thoughts on who will make it to the final two?
But enough about the tears shed this week, let’s move on to the shopping. This week we saw the girls, and even Ben, sport the comfy white v-neck tee, leather jackets, and plaid shirts.
**Side note: how cute was Lauren B and Ben’s date this week?!
