Last Thursday little miss had her Spring Sing at preschool.
It was a BIG DEAL!
After spending the whole week trying to figure out what she wanted to wear, Thursday morning a whole box of new clothes c/o Hello Kitty arrived on the doorstep… complete with this adorable dress.
As I scrolled through editing photos I’m struck by how much older she’s staring to look.
Less like my 3 year old little miss and more like a 4 year old.
Darn you time, why do you keep striking?!
These two are becoming the bestest of friends.
It’s been so much fun to watch their relationship grow.
There are times when Brayden falls down and only a hug and kiss from Sissy will help him feel better.
Cue the “awww’s” because it really is too sweet.
We were so blessed to have Katelyn’s Papa & Gigi, both sets of Great Grand-Parents and my good friend, Rachel, come watch her perform.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say this kid does not suffer from stage fright.
She does not suffer from any form of shyness syndrome.
I spent most of the performance with tears streaming from laughing at her having so much fun singing those 8 songs we practiced over and over for 2 months.
At one point she even kicked off her shoes.
I wish you could’ve been there.
We were so proud of her.
After her performance Katelyn told everyone she did a great job shaking her “booty” on stage while singing to Jesus.
I think we’re going to have to have a talk about shaking our booty’s for Jesus. haha
Katelyn, Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you! You did an amazing job singing to Jesus!
