I love Spring time. It’s the time of year when flowers blossom, trees start bearing fruit and best of all the weather gets warmer.
When the weather warms up one of my favorite things to do is grill. Mind you, I grill all winter long as well, but there’s something about grilling in the warm sun that makes me one happy griller.
Last night I defrosted some chicken breasts and marinaded them in Yoshida sauce. Then I cut up some Bak Choi, drizzled some Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce on it, and threw it on the grill as well. On my stove I grilled up some home style potatoes and voila…
a yummy dinner!
