This weeks addiction is sure to leave your mouth watering, especially if you’re like me and you love to cook. Cooking from scratch has become one of my favorite ways to wind down after a long day at work. I mean, there’s nothing like chopping your stress out on some veggies, am I right? Living in Southern California, we’ve got a ton of great restaurants in our area, but none that have released a cookbook sharing the intimate secrets of some of my favorite dishes to enjoy when I visit their restaurant. In fact, the Kale Salad is one of my favorites and since we grow kale in our home garden, I’m able to whip this one up quite a bit.
I also have mad love for the bison burger and plan to test this recipe out during our regular summer cookouts. While I love this cookbook, I will tell you that some of the ingredients I had to track down because I couldn’t find them at my local Sprouts, so make sure that if you purchase this cookbook (and you should) that you meal plan in advance. If you’re opening it for the first time you might find that you don’t have all the ingredients on had to make some of the main dishes.
