I know it’s not the New Year yet, but I’m making a new resolution. It’s time to get serious about loosing the baby weight. I only have a few pounds left to loose and I’m working on getting motivated. Today was day 1 of my “new leaf.” My friend Jessica and I went walking with our kids today. It was so beautiful out and it felt great to exercise. In fact, I felt a boost of energy for the rest of the day. We decided we’re going to start walking on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and then I’m going to try to walk one additional day during the week. Wish me luck…. gotta stay motivated!
